I picked up a camera in 2011 to capture precious moments with my 3 boys and instantly got the bug for photography. No where is the fleeting nature of time as evident as in motherhood, especially in our kids’ big moments in sports. I fell in love with being able to “freeze time” in action photography, and to capture the moments and emotions that are often times missed until you see them exposed in the photos. My absolute favorite sport is soccer and it has been a joy to be on the sidelines watching my boys’ soccer journeys unfold. As a new “empty nester” with twins off playing soccer in college, I am excited to continue to develop my craft and work with families to capture special moments on and off of the field.

In 2025 I achieved my Certificate in General Photography from the Los Angeles Center for Photography, and continue to work with them. I am committed to constant improvement, development and growth in the world of photography.

It is also rewarding for me to capture memories of special family events and milestones. Events that I have photographed other than sporting events include weddings, conferences, high school events, dance competitions, milestone birthday parties, anniversary parties, and family (newborn) photography.

I believe there is joy to be found constantly in nature, and I love to travel, hike and be in open spaces. I am immersing myself more in the world of landscape and nature photography.
